Welcome to Roberta Maio Hairstylist & Barber. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure clarity, professionalism, and fairness in all interactions.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or approved booking platform.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your booking is accepted.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the booked service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed on the website and may vary based on hair length, thickness, or additional treatments.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major card payments (as available).

  • Any travel/mobile service fees will be outlined during booking.

4. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or past reactions before treatment.

  • We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed information.

5. Refunds & Corrections

  • We do not offer refunds on completed services.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment (subject to assessment).

  • Product refunds are accepted only for unused, unopened items returned within 14 days (see Refund Policy for details).

6. Mobile Services

  • For mobile visits, clients must ensure a clean, safe, and well-lit environment to work in.

  • Parking arrangements or congestion charges must be communicated in advance and may be added to the final invoice.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued.
